Decide. Act. Win. Now.

Apply for the Founding CohortYour calendar is full of meetings where your presence is not essential. Your inbox is full of decisions someone else should make. Your team is full of talented people whose work you still check, correct, and sometimes redo. And the work that moves the business, strategy, key relationships, developing your leaders, keeps sliding to a someday on your calendar. Someday never arrives.
Owners call it a time management problem. It is not. It is a leadership structure problem, and it carries a price tag.
Most have never calculated it. Once they do, they cannot unsee it.
The tax collects in more than dollars. It collects your evenings, your family’s weekends, your best people’s patience, and the reason you started this company. And it renews itself every January unless the structure underneath it changes.
The showroom lesson behind the method
I learned the DISC behavioral framework in 1999, working as a Key Account Manager in Germany. My clients were companies like BMW Germany and the German Parcel Service, and every company showed the same picture: owners working 60-hour weeks, teams full of friction, leaders who could not let go, and people who felt micromanaged and untrusted.
In 2001 I immigrated to the United States, months before September 11th. New green card, rattled economy, German accent, no network. Nobody was hiring. So I walked into a luxury car dealership and made an offer: you sell German cars, I am German, let me sell them.
Within eight months I was outselling every salesperson from New York to Wisconsin. Not by working longer hours. By reading each customer’s behavioral style in the first 30 seconds and matching how I communicated to how they made decisions. The Platinum Rule, treat others the way they want to be treated, was not a theory on that floor. It was my daily practice, and it worked.
Standing on that showroom floor, the insight hit: this is not a sales skill. This is a leadership skill. Reading people closes an $80,000 sale with a stranger. Applied to the same team every day, it changes how a company runs.
The proof came later. A law office asked for help with appointment setters who struggled to turn cold calls into billable hours. I trained the team to read behavioral tendencies over the phone and adjust in real time. In six weeks, their cold call close rate rose 60 percent. Nobody made more calls. They understood who they were talking to.
I have taught Brian Tracy’s FocalPoint methods across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and Brian and I have been friends for over 25 years. The DAWN Method combines those proven productivity systems with 26 years of DISC expertise and one observation: no program combined knowing yourself, knowing your team, eliminating time waste, and leading with emotional intelligence in one hands-on system with built-in accountability.
So I built one.
DAWN stands for Decide, Act, Win, Now. Each phase runs three weeks and builds on the last. Every session is hands-on: you build your own tools, with your own team members’ names on them, and every exercise produces something you use the same week.
Weeks 1 to 3
You start with the truth. A professional DISC behavioral assessment from TTI Success Insights, debriefed with me privately for 90 minutes. A deep Genius Zone audit scoring every task on your plate across skill, energy, and value. Your Drain Zone Tax, calculated on your full calendar. And a Team Communication Map with Platinum Rule protocols for every person you lead. You stop guessing about your time and your people. You decide.
Weeks 4 to 6
This is where the Drain Zone dies. Every low-scoring task gets one of three fates: delegate, automate, or eliminate. You build your Personal Delegation Playbook with real tasks, named owners, success criteria, authority levels, and handoff dates, and you launch your 30-Day Daybreak Plan: the handoffs happen during the program, not after it. You stop planning and start acting.
Weeks 7 to 9
Delegation transfers work. Leadership makes it stick. You build your emotional intelligence toolkit: a personal trigger map, the 6-second rule for staying intentional under pressure, empathetic listening at three levels, the SBI framework for feedback that changes behavior without damaging trust, the CLEAR framework for the conversations you have been avoiding, and a 3C performance rhythm that replaces annual reviews with 15-minute weekly check-ins. You stop reacting and start leading.
Weeks 10 to 12
The last phase makes it permanent. Your leadership commitment statement. Your 90-Day Leadership Integration Plan with milestones, obstacles, and counter-plans. Your accountability architecture: a matched partner, a reflection rhythm, and the metrics you will run your leadership by. Ninety days after graduation, the calendar still holds. You make it permanent.
The cohort is capped at 25 leaders. Not 250. I personally deliver every 1:1 and read every playbook, and the clinics work only when every voice fits in the room.
A law office trained its appointment setters on DISC and the communication frameworks inside the DAWN Method. In six weeks, their cold call close rate rose 60 percent. Not from more calls. From smarter calls.

You’ll Never Walk Alone deserves its own sentence. Most programs end at graduation. This one is built so the change holds.
The full value of everything above is $28,240. Set against a Drain Zone Tax between $100,000 and $400,000 a year, even the full value would be a rational trade. It is not the price.

Founding Cohort, first 12 members
$5,997
with the signed proof agreement
This is the first cohort through the full 12-week Accelerator, and I need something from this group no future cohort can give: documented proof. So the first 12 founding members invest $5,997 instead of $7,997, and every founding member signs a proof agreement with three commitments: record your Genius Zone baseline in week one, report your numbers at day 90, and give one recorded video testimonial about your results.
Your results become the proof the program stands on. That is what the $2,000 buys, and it is why the founding rate exists exactly once.
The founding rate is for the first 12 members only. After that, the trade is gone.
Complete the program and do the exercises, and you will reclaim at least 5 hours per week from your Drain Zone by day 60. If you do the work and the hours have not come back, I coach you 1:1 until they do.
This is not a satisfaction guarantee. It is a results guarantee. You will measure the problem with your own numbers in week one, and I am putting my calendar behind the solution.
About three hours including the live session. The program starts handing you hours back before it asks for many. The guarantee is anchored on day 60 for exactly this reason.
The team assessments cover up to 10 people and the method works from a team of two upward. The smaller the team, the higher the cost of every miscommunication, and the faster the playbook pays off.
Delegation fails without the Decide work underneath it. Handing off tasks without a communication map produces wobbly handoffs and reclaimed work. The sequence exists so the order carries you.
You book a free 20-minute discovery call. We decide together whether the Accelerator fits your situation. If it does not, I will tell you. The application is not a purchase.
Week 0 and your DISC assessment start the week of January 5. Session 1 runs the week of January 12. Twelve consecutive weeks, graduation early April.
It will not. It exists once, for the one cohort whose documented results become the program’s proof. Twelve seats, and then it is gone.
You have seen the math. A six-figure leak on one side. Twelve weeks, a written guarantee, and 25 documented seats on the other. The application takes five minutes, commits you to nothing except a 20-minute conversation, and the founding rate closes at 12 members.
I read every application personally.
